Return policy

CANCELLATION
We accept order cancellation before standard parts are shipped or before custom manufacturing hits the production locking phase. If cancelled prior to dispatch/production lock, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel orders once custom production is committed or goods are already dispatched.

RETURNS (if applicable)
Due to the heavy and customized nature of vertical transportation machinery, returns are NOT accepted for manufactured/shipped complete elevator units unless receiving structural damage upon arrival with unboxing video/photo proof submitted within 48 hours. 

For standard spare parts and catalog components, customers have the right to apply for a return within 7 days after receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back directly to the manufacturer factory without authorization.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes eligible returns); No restocking fee to be charged to consumers for eligible product returns.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt, followed by approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, recheck your bank account, contact your credit card company (processing time applies), then contact your bank. If unresolved, please contact us at sec@imapartners.com.my.
